Setting the energy

I AM THAT I AM.  I AM UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.  

Let this be your mantra, your first and last thought each day.  Let this statement set the energy as you create your intentions and affirmations.  Throughout your day, let this be a reminder of who you really are.

Ground yourself, breath deeply and let your first intention of the day be to live, express and experience from your Heart. Your Heart will guide you to create intentions that will serve your highest purpose.


Intention

Intention is an essential and powerful tool.  Stating intention before rising in the morning, as you get ready for sleep, before meditation and at different intersections throughout your day will assist you to "set the energy" for all your interactions. 

Intention is a conscious reminder to all aspects of your being of what you want to experience.  It is an acknowledgment and invitation to GOD and the different aspects of your being to participate in all your interactions.  









Stating intention encourages internal harmony. 
It stimulates the GOD presence within.
It is a reminder of your divinity.  

Affirmations

Affirmations are similar to intention as they are a reminder to all the different aspects of your being what you want to create and experience.  
It is recommended that you state affirmations throughout your day.

Affirmations are extremely beneficial in reprogramming the subconscious and the ego.

Affirmations are instrumental in the process of releasing fear or dis-ease, as well as being a wonderful demonstration of loving and nurturing yourself.

Affirmations help you maintain a focus of drawing forward positive energy.


**A personal note:  As you expand your consciousness, you are letting go of old patterns and belief systems.  You are cleaning house and bringing the "darkness to light."  Some days will bring up many challenges.  Having your handy backpack of intentions and affirmations can assist you in shifting a negative experience "in the moment."  These tools can help you maintain a positive perspective. Intention and affirmations remind you that you are on a journey.  Each and every moment is perfection and each moment creates the opportunity for positive choice.


Simply put:  When the going gets tough ~ stop, breathe, ground and state your intention.  Internally begin your mantra...

I LOVE my work.  My work brings me great joy.

I am prosperous.

I am abundant.

I am loving and LOVEable. 

I am worthy.
